3 Oz Needlefish Wood Lure Kits

8" long and 3 Oz size, stainless steel thru-wired this is a copy of a Beachmaster needlefish without the high price! All kits are sanded out to 150 grit and require minimal fine sanding. We've even included our Salty's exclusive pre-drilled pancake belly weight to make assembly as easy as possible for you! All components are included except for split rings and hooks which we recommend VMC 4/0 treble hook for the belly and a 4/0 treble or 6/0 dressed Siwash on the tail of this lure. We use only USA made components in our kits with the exception of the 600 lb Krok swivels! Very simple retrieve on this lure, walk it up top, retrieve it slow with occasional twitches, or let it sink and fish the bottom. This needlefish is an advanced kit. It requires installing lead weights with epoxy. It requires sealing, minor sanding, and painting/finishing. These kits are all turned on our dedicated kit cnc machine and drilled with precision and duplication second to none! Can be painted with Salty's Lure Paint, Createx Air brush paints, or with acrylic paints and a small brush from AC Moore, let them dry thoroughly and coat with a few coats of clear spray paint or brush with epoxy etc in thin coats for more durability. This is how we turn these kits...Our automated backnife lathe cuts the bodies at 3-4 a minute. Then they are hand sanded on our high speed production lathe to 150 grit. All the drilling functions are done by custom designed CNC machines built in our shop.
